Shipping & returns

shipping and Returns.

We ship the same or the next day when your order was placed.

We will send you an email confirmation of your order with shipping & tracking information.

UPS is our main carrier but we do offer other types of common carriers for our customers.

We accept cancellations and returns.  Cancellation can only be processed by phone before items have been shipped.

Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving merchandise and must have an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) in order to be processed.

Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged with the same style or for store credit.

Non-defective merchandise or merchandise that are returned after the 7 days of return policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Private Label merchandise sales are final, with no exceptions.

Items must be returned in the original purchase condition, including the original packages and all accessories.

If you are returning non-defective merchandise, you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs.

Customers are required to pay the reshipping cost (20%) of any merchandise that is returned because of failure - multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal.

For International orders, it is the customer's responsibility to check any restriction, duties, taxes, and any other fees that are collected from your country before processing your orders.
